and Asia Pacific

Some of the highlights are:

  • The United States, along with Canada and Australia are cost competitive leaders among the nine established industrialized countries
  • The United States has experienced the greatest gain in cost competitiveness since 2006
  • The United States, followed by Canada and Australia have the lowest total labor costs among established industrialized countries
  • The United States has the lowest land purchase and building construction costs for new industrial facilities among established industrialized countries
  • The United States, Canada and France have the lowest electricity costs
